Suggested Daily Routine
Morning (with breakfast): Dissolve a rice-grain portion of Shilajit Resin (~300mg) in warm water, coffee or tea. Take your 2 Age Defence Blend Capsules with your meal. Taking the capsules with food that contains healthy fat — eggs, avocado, nuts or olive oil — maximises absorption of the fat-soluble curcumin and resveratrol.
Why morning for both? The Age Defence Blend is designed as a once-daily 2-capsule dose — the simplest routine in the range. The resin can also be taken morning-only or split across morning and evening.
